Start with the storage and permission status shown in the app. You can contact us without sending private notes, photos or precise locations.
These pages apply to Hobocode. Ramgnote remains a separate app; its existing records are not automatically moved into Hobocode.

What to send
Tell us the app version, iOS version, affected screen, expected result and what actually happened. Redact private note text, photos and exact locations from screenshots. Never send Apple ID passwords, verification codes or secret keys. Contact: admin@aroido.com. Operator: 송희섭.
Where are my records?
Notes and attached photo copies are saved on this iPhone. Check Settings → Record storage for your active space and sync status. There is no separate app sign-up. Switching iCloud accounts separates spaces; earlier records are not automatically moved or deleted. If a save fails, keep the editor open and use its retry or copy-input action.
Does saved mean backed up?
A local save does not confirm an iCloud backup. Optional sync requires an available configuration, a verified account and consent covering notes and photos. That choice is saved for this installation and account. Check Settings, connection and iCloud capacity, and retry if needed. Turning sync off stops transfers without erasing previously uploaded records. Do not delete originals or reinstall the app merely because the status says connected.
Adding and removing photos
Use the photo button in the editor and select an image in the system picker. Up to six photos per note are supported. The app creates resized JPEG copies without copying original EXIF/GPS/IPTC metadata. If import fails, existing text remains; try another photo. Removing an attachment does not delete the original in Apple Photos. Video and camera capture are not offered in this version.
Nearby reminders and permissions
Open Settings → Automatic memo reminders to inspect Always location, Precise Location and notifications. Enabling a preference alone does not guarantee delivery. Location accuracy, battery and iOS execution limits can delay or prevent alerts; force-quit and disabled permissions also matter. Apple place-ID references do not support arrival alerts; directly saved facilities use local matching. Indoor floors are not detected. You can keep writing manually if you decline permissions.
Siri and Lock Screen notes
Use the Siri wording shown in the app, unlock your iPhone and check the result when Hobocode opens. A failed save is not a backup. For automatic Live Activities, check the connection and visibility options in Settings. Permissions, network conditions and iOS limits can prevent display; enabling a setting does not guarantee delivery. Lock Screen content may be visible to nearby people. Ending the display does not delete your note.
Restore or delete a record
Use Settings → Trash to restore within 30 days or permanently delete a record. Photo copies stay while saved notes, drafts, recovery inputs or trash still reference them. Remote deletion waits for working sync; turning sync off alone does not erase remote data. App deletion can remove local data, while Apple-managed backups and iCloud data are separate. Contact us for guidance before deleting the app if you are unsure what has transferred.
